RelevantCompass is a service provided by Relevant Coaching & Consulting SRL.

A. This website

This section describes how we process data on the RelevantCompass presentation website (the pages Home, Book a demo and this Privacy Policy, in English and Romanian).

A1. The “Book a demo” form

Spam protection	A hidden field that automated programs tend to fill in; no CAPTCHA service is used on this form

A2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger. According to the hosting control panel, the server is located in the Netherlands and backups are stored in Lithuania.

A3. Fonts

The fonts are served from this website’s own server. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or to any other font service.

A4. Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website, and the pages load resources only from this website. When you first open a page, no cookie is set. When you click “OK” or save your choice in the cookie window, the cookie “moove_gdpr_popup” is set to remember that choice (duration: the cookie plugin’s default, expected 1 year). WordPress keeps a technical value (“wpEmojiSettingsSupports”) in your browser’s session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab. These checks were made on 4 November 2026 in a browser session without any login.

A5. Data controller and your rights

The data controller is Relevant Coaching & Consulting SRL, tax ID (CUI) 43666720, [TO BE COMPLETED] registered office and Trade Register number. Contact: c.filote@relevantcoaching.ro. Your rights are described in section B7.

A6. Languages

The website is available in English and Romanian. The Romanian pages are written by us; no automatic translation service is used.

B. Profit Leak X-Ray

This section describes how we process the data you send us through the Profit Leak X-Ray, on radiografie.relevantcompass.com. RelevantCompass is a service provided by Relevant Coaching & Consulting SRL.

1. What the Profit Leak X-Ray is

A free questionnaire, about 7 minutes long, that estimates a company’s financial losses and generates a report on screen and as a PDF. The calculation is done automatically, on our server, using fixed formulas; it does not use artificial intelligence.

2. The data controller

The data controller is Relevant Coaching & Consulting SRL, tax ID (CUI) 43666720, registered office and Trade Register number. Data protection contact: privacy@relevantcoaching.ro.

3. What data we process

The answers mainly describe the company, not the person. For a micro-enterprise or a sole trader (PFA), however, they may allow a person to be identified, so we treat them as personal data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

The legal bases below are a proposal, under legal review.

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you (Art. 22 GDPR): the report is an informative estimate, not a decision.

5. How long we keep the data

6. Who receives the data

7. Your rights
